PHILOSOPHY

The Lounge Bar is the heart of Nordelaia’s restaurant building. For an aperitif , a casual dinner or a late-night cocktail. 

In addition to bartender Giovanni Scordo’s cocktail list, the Lounge Bar’s menu features dishes designed for sharing that best represent Chef Pearce’s diverse international experiences.

 San Francisco-style glazed ribs, Spanish-style croquettes, as well as the sandwich with Piedmontese beef tartare, marinated daikon, rocket, hazelnuts and a mouthwatering black garlic mayonnaise. Strictly local ingredients that twist into surprising shapes and tastes.

The Lounge Bar is located on the ground floor of the restaurant building, a cozy lounge open daily from 5:30 p.m. until late in the evening, and on Tuesdays also for lunch.
