The Lounge Bistro welcomes you in the lounge bar or, during the warmer months, on the stunning terrace overlooking the rolling hills of Cremolino.

A Modern Osteria with Authentic and International Flavours

Inspired by a modern osteria, the Lounge Bistro is the result of Chef Charles Pearce’s meticulous research, selecting the finest local producers and incorporating ingredients from our very own garden to ensure an authentic and sustainable dining experience.

The menu celebrates a fusion of Italian tradition and international flavours, offering a diverse selection of small plates perfect for sharing. These dishes are a reflection of both the local region and the chef’s global influences, creating a vibrant and memorable dining experience.

Among our signature sharing dishes, savour the Pane e ragù – toasted bread with slow-cooked beef ragù, the Spring Olivier Salad – with pickled chillies and artisanal breadsticks, or the Onion and Confit Potato Tortilla, also available with black truffle. Follow with a selection of artisanal cured meats, homemade fresh pasta, perfectly cooked dry-aged steaks, grilled fish, and fresh seasonal side dishes.

Each dish is designed to enhance the authentic flavours of the region with a creative touch.
